Party b:
To organize the autumn of 2004 the private universities recruit students work in Beijing, as agent of party a recruit students, after friendly consultation, in line with complementary advantages, mutual benefit principle, the formulation of this agreement:
1. Recruitment area and amount:
1. Party a entrusts party b to recruit students in _________ district (county) of _________ province (city).

Ii. Party a's rights and obligations:

8. Party a shall provide party b with the latest information on the recruitment of students.
