Description: Structured Query Language (SQL) is a powerful database Language. SQL is usually used for communication with databases. ANSI (national institute of standards) claims that SQL is the standard language for relational database management systems. SQL statements are typically used to perform some database operation tasks, such as updating data in a database, or retrieving data from a database. Common relational database management systems using SQL are: Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, Access, and so on. While most database systems use SQL, they also have their own proprietary extension capabilities for their systems. However, standard SQL commands such as "Select", "Insert", "Update", "Delete", "Create" and "Drop" are often used to perform most database operations. MS SQL Server is the transact-sql used. The SQL language has outstanding advantages, and the SQL language is a non-procedural language, a unified language, and a common language for all relational databases.
