Description: Create an application that given two images of digits or letters it returns true if
they match and false if they are different. It would be useful to return a degree of
how true or false your output is. Assume that another application crop the images
to digits and letters. The application keeps cropping white rows until hitting black
pixels. Similarly it does the same from left, right and bottom (Will be implemented
in next phases). This application passes the digits and letter images very similar
to the templates used by your application.
