“servo guys,” and the only
one who implements control
loops in software. As a result, I often
have occasion to design digital
control loops for various projects.
I have found that while there
certainly are control problems
that require all the expertise I can
bring to bear, a great number of
control problems can be solved
with simple controllers, without
resorting to any control theory
at all
