Description: MCPWM contains three separate channels, each channel includes: 1 32 bit timer/counter (TC) 1 32-bit limit register (LIM) 1 32-match register (MAT) 1个10 dead time register (DT) and the corresponding 10-bit dead time counter 1 32-bit capture register 2个opposite polarity adjusted output (MCOA and MCOB) 1 cycle interrupt a pulse-width capture interrupts and an interrupt.
