Description: MONTECARLO
This program determines the asymptotic properties
of the MLE for a N(A,A) PDF (see Examples 7.1-7.3, 7.5).
The array dimensions are given as variable. Replace them
with numerical values. To use this program you will need
a plotting subroutine to replace PLOT and a random number
generator to replace the intrinsic function RAN in the
subroutine RANDOM.
