Description: Obtain verbal proof of loss as appropriate
Diarise and finalise outstanding actions for completion within expected time frame
Refer claims outside delegated authority, or which have specialist processing requirements, as appropriate
Assist in achieving results in Grade of Service (GOS)
Provide exceptional customer service
