Description: This paper introduces that is using SDP8 propagation model to predict GPS of position and velocity and then using Borland C++ Builder to simulate GPS constellation and satellite track by programming.It analyses the global dop value,the earth station dop,the satellites changing of earth station,which provides technical principle for improving satellite constellation and orbit.
