控件的安装方法
1.确认你的机器安装有Delphi6
2.将控件包解压到某个目录，如C:\RPLs
2.双击RPLPacket.dpk
并点击"Install"就可以安装控件。安装后控件在"System"面板。
3.创建使用RPL控件的工程时，都需要在工程的搜索目录中加入路径C:\RPLs
控件的使用方法
1.要首先在Windows NT(或Windows 2000)中安装RPL服务。并记下其安装位置(一般是c:\winnt\rpl)。
2.在RPL安装目录里面有一个专用的Netapi32.dll。拷贝一个备份，并改名为RPL.DLL（不改名也行，但有时会与Windows 2000中的netapi32链接库调用冲突。
3.在工程中放上控件RPLDLL。并设定其文件名为上面的改名后的链接库文件名。
4.激活RPLDLL控件。
5.在工程中放上控按RPLSRV，设置其RPLDLL属性为已设好的RPLDLL控件。并在服务器名中输入"."（表示本机）。并激活。
6.此时可以在程序中调用RPLSRV提供的各种方法操纵RPL服务器了。
