The video conference system is a communication system that transmits many kinds of signals such as video, audio, text and so on from one place to another. It is created to save money and time because of meetings and helps reducing the influence of objective factors. The video conference system is the combination of computer technology and communication technology, and it is now developing very fast with the National Information Infrastructure of the whole world.
