Description: Traditional change detection methods for defects, the minimum noise fraction transformation (Minimum Noise Fraction, MNF) and multi-change detection (Multivariate Alteration Detection, MAD) method is applied to expansion of the city of Dongying City. From the MNF and the MAD transform images obtained extracted binary image known, the overall accuracy of test results 90.1 , Kappa coefficient was 0.802, which proves that the method proposed in testing the operability and effectiveness aspects.
