Description: Write a wxpython folder processing tool that can batch file, if you have 1,000 pictures, some of the same name prefix, such as pic_001, pic_002, pic_003, img_01, img_02 or some other format, this code will you write prefix number of characters such as: 3, batch processing, processing results, the current directory to generate a pic folder (contains pic_001, pic_002, pic_003), an img folder (contains img_01, img_02), and so on.
