Description: This procedure is based on the image filtering code in VC6.0, the program can support read and display all the BMP images and can display anywhere in the pixel color information. Image filtering is the implementation of 8-bit BMP images, and the improved median filter algorithm. Program also included the addition of salt and pepper noise function can be added through the dialog box, select any of the density of impulse noise, easy to operate.
