MCPWM contains three separate channels, each channel includes:  1 32 bit timer/counter (TC)  1 32-bit limit register (LIM)  1 32-match register (MAT)  1个10 dead time register (DT) and the corresponding 10-bit dead time counter  1 32-bit capture register  2个opposite polarity adjusted output (MCOA and MCOB)  1 cycle interrupt a pulse-width capture interrupts and an interrupt.
