The introduction of higher binary image transformation, combined with wavelet transform is proposed IC image texture segmentation algorithm in the texture segmentation process, the first image of the IC binary wavelet decomposition and some of the increase in myopia after transformations, then identify the original image information using different textures, different regions segmented experiment show that the algorithm fast and efficient, with good usability.
