Description: This document speci es Trivium, a hardware oriented synchronous
stream cipher which aims to provide a

speed and area. The description of the cipher is followed by some performance
gures and a summary of the cryptographic properties of the
algorithm. For a more theoretical discussion of the rationale behind the
