after a while there’s yet another new encoder available :). I have created an MPEG Layer 2 encoder based on the libavcodec (ffmpeg) source code. Unluckily the libavcodec encoder lacks a nice psychoacoustic model so I’m considering taking a look at the TwoLame library. Until then please do some testing and if you find any problem with the filter please do report it. This filter is released under the GNU LGPL license.
