In order to measure the wide range rotati on speed in engineering, a kind of r otati on speed measurement method based on magnetorsistive sensor is proposed and the circuit is designed . The uncertainty of measurement caused by dissymmetry magnetic field and wide range of rotati on speed in the application is studied in detail . As a result, the conditioning circuit parameters are got,which makes the measurement work well at a high rotati on speed of 120000 r /min . It is applied successfully to the microturbine engine control system.
