本软件用Delphi 6开发，使用了第三方控件EhLib的DBGridEh. 本软件为网吧管理而设计，分为服务器和客户端程序。 本软件不需要安装，只需将服务端程序和数据库文件复制到服务器的某个目录下运行即可。 客户端程序包括执行文件和一个配置文件barini.txt，该文件中需要指定服务器的IP地 址和给客户机的命名，共两行。如： 01号机 192.1.1.1 此外，建议将客户端程序复制到一个比较隐藏的目录中，因为，程序自身就是隐藏的----在 桌面上看不到任何内容、在系统的任务管理器的应用程序栏中也看不到它，目的是避免用户 停止该程序的运行而无法实施监控。该程序运行在后台。
