( TheGraduateSchooloftheChineseAcademyofSciences,Beijing100080) Abstract:TwotypesofCMOSbandgapreferencecircuits，withfixedandunfixed outputvoltagesrespectively,arepresentedinthispaper.Insteadofresistances inconventionalbandgapreference,acascodecurrentmirrorwithPMOSandNMOSis usedtoproducebiascurrentsforbipolartransistors,hencethedissipationand errorsresulted from the effectofthe channel length modulationareboth reduced.Thecircuitsaresimulatedinsmic0.18umCMOSprocess,with3.3volts supply.Theresultsshowthatthetemperaturecoefficientoftheoutputofthe bandgapvoltagesare5x10/0C and3.1x10-5/0C respectively thesupplyvoltage haslittleinfluenceontheoutputreferencewhenitisabove2.5volts.
