This is a 2-week project which has been submitted for my "Imaging and special effect" Module. It is the implementation of a Motion Detection program for Webcams. This application can successfully sense the motion in the real time video stream captured from web-cameras. The C# implementation of filters is getting advantage of AForge.NET framework, provided by group of programmers and developers as an Open Source C# library that enables me to capture video stream from various external sources and manipulate images efficiently
