This paper introduces a USB interface chip based on a single chip SL811HS U disk system to read and write. The system solves most of the data acquisition equipment, industrial computer and embedded systems are not installed as standard USB interface, can not read U disk problem, the principle focus of the system and transmission protocol, gives the hardware and software implementation methods. MCU with SL811HS U disk read and write simple, low cost, embedded control system has a great application value.
