The single station bearing-only passive target localization was studied when system bias was existent.The performance of TLS-KF was studied vias simulations in the cases that the system bias was a constant and time variant respectively.In order to choose the optimum localization algorithm,a criterion was given to estimate whether the system bias was existent.The study of this paper is helpful in practical target localization.
