Design a 3dB cutoff at 0.45π with angular frequency at the first order infinite impulse response low-pass filter and the first order IIR high-pass filter. Using matlab to calculate and draw them gain response, and with matlab that two all-pass filters are complementary and power complementary. Involves drawing the frequency range [- π, π], interval π/100.
