Elevation between the mainland islands, passing the current marine surveying one of the major problems need to be resolved. This paper studies the use of GPS technology, combined with our existing land and marine gravity data, and other gravity field information, and use at home and abroad to determine the geoid rigorous theory and algorithms to determine the accuracy of local geoid, the final height of our country passing reference to the South China Sea from the mainland islands.
