Any signal having strength less than this threshold value is considered weak and any signal having strength greater than the threshold value is considered as strong. We can also choose to set the user in any of the networks at the start of the simulation. Obviously in real world whether the user is working in a network is determined by the position of the user or the position of his device to be more precise. Also simulation is carried on for a specific period of time. For speeding up the simulation process, time has been converted to number of iterations. At the start of any iteration the signal strength is measured.
