This program contains the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) to support TMS320x2802x DSP devices, such as F28027, F28026, F28023, F28022, F28021, F28020, F280200. This hardware abstraction layer has been defined to the complete peripheral configuration, use the " C" . It also contains a simple test program, the manifestation of HAL control and configuration of each peripheral on-chip peripherals use.
