In this study, using MATLAB 7.0 software 20 steel ion carburizing and gas carburizing process simulation, carburizing time were 1H, 2H, 8h, 20h, carburizing temperature of 1203K, 1223K, 1273K, 1323K. 20 steel one side of a one-dimensional gas carburizing, set the diffusion coefficient and interface transfer coefficient has nothing to do with the concentration of carburizing, the relationship of the thickness of the carburizing, carburizing speed, carburizing and carburizing time, carburizing temperature simulation.
