Image color appearance model (iCAM, image Color Appearance Model) is an adaptive prediction for each pixel still image viewing conditions in which the perception of color appearance model. It uses a Gaussian filter processing simulate the human eye observing the environment, access to pixel adaptive field tristimulus values​ ​ , to adapt to the absolute brightness of the field and the environment, in this based on the chromatic adaptation transform and predict color appearance perception.
