The paper proposes address a new representation of the DFT matrix via the Reverse Jacket Transform(RJT) based on the WHT, and propose a simple approach for space time block codes (STBC) design. Using the proposed approach (J=H.S) the quasi-orthogonal STBC may be designed easily. Especially the performance of the code can be improved.
