Design a tool like this Doc++, the source file comments in the lead out to form a help document. This program uses Win7 under Eclipse, implementation will export comments to help document the source file. By lexical analysis, identify .Java, .c file type, variables, methods and corresponding notes, and import it into the designed data structure, then the data structure into HTML files.
