In order to explore the new mode of the combination of smart phones and mobile medical，using pulse as an example signal，this paper developed a series of software，based on Android smart phone． It achieved the collection，transmission and analysis of pulse signal through smart phone． Especially，it captured the pulse signal by using a mobile phone camera and intelligent analyzed through smartphone． In this mode，the smart phone possessed with the collection，transmission and analysis functions in mobile medical system． This may effectively simplify the mobile medical system．
