Based on the characters of on 2 chip flash in TMS320F28x DSP , an in 2 application programmable system was designed for this kind of Flash. In the system , master computer sends programming instructions and data through CAN bus and then DSP program 2 ming its on 2 chip Flash by itself . The hardware components were presented and the method and flow about the software were introduced. Especially some difficulties , such as shifting within different memories , modifying the start address of code in flash , creating the code to be loaded in flash and etc , were analyzed in detail and afterwards the resolution of them were given. This in 2 application programming method made maintenance and updating for software of DSP more convenient and it is of great value for widely application.
