Android 4.3 (API Level 18) introduced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE, Bluetooth Low Energy) core functionality and provides a corresponding API, applications can scan devices through these api query characteristics (properties characteristic services, the read-write device ). Compared to traditional Bluetooth, BLE is designed to significantly reduce power consumption.
