In this paper, we try to use feedback control system as a
new hybrid method to solve optimization problems. Because
controller can control plant for a goal, if the plant is replaced
by the cost function and the goal is changed to be solving
optimization problems, then optimization problems will
become a control problem. Thus a control system for solving
optimization problems is obtained, in which the neural
network can be used as controller, and any information of the
plant without delay is knowable.
