proposed an online surveillance video synopsis method to rearrange positions and appearing frames of foreground objects chronologically in realtime. Comparing with traditional synopsis approaches, our method can directly be applied to streaming surveillance videos and generate synopsis videos without pre-screening entire videos during the synopsis processing.
