This paper proposes a lightweight, efficient and flexible packet intrusion detection scheme. In this embodiment, the entire sensor network is divided into a plurality of physical locations close to, a packet having similar observations of each sensor node in the group while observing the plurality of attributes of other nodes, in order to accurately detect a variety of attacks.
