Through an example of an optical phase modulator, this paper introduces the method of implementing user-defined optical components by using Matlab Component component in Optisystem combined with M atlab. The basic principle of phase modulation of the phase modulator, theoretical model and implementation model of Matlab code analysis, describes how to simulate the user device function code associated Matlab Component components, and the theoretical analysis was verified by using custom phase modulator.
