There is a smooth and sharp contradiction in the processing of the image. In the image, the contribution to the high frequency part is larger than the normal data, which means that it has a "mutation" with the pixels around it, which is why we are smooth. But the "mutation" may also be the boundary, and only smoothing can blur the boundary and get unsatisfactory results. Sharpening is meant to highlight boundaries, and there is a tradeoff between the two. This program is an example of 8-bit BMP diagrams and unknown gaussian noise. In order to effectively verify the correctness of the algorithm, we first write the procedure (which can adjust the variance) to make the gaussian sound, and then give an effective algorithm to eliminate the gaussian noise. The compiler of the program runs in Windows xp system, vc ++ 2005.
