Detection and tracking of moving targets, the author of this paper the research topic, further study of the two very important detection and tracking technology of frame differential method - optical flow technology and testing technology, application in moving target detection and tracking of optical flow method and the advantages and disadvantages of frame differential method has carried on the experimental analysis, this paper describes these two kinds of detection and tracking technology and method is verified by simulation experiments.
