IEEE New England 39-bus test system based on PSCAD/EMTDC. The model can be used in electromagnetic transient simulations, electromechanical transient simulations, and small-signal stability similations. The model is developed by using E-TRAN to transform PSS/E data to PSCAD/EMTDC model.
