MCU workflow: (1) power-on reset, initialize the input and output ports, timers, serial port, etc. (2) to initialize GPS, output data to retain only RMC (3) to initialize GPRS, setting server IP address, port (4) MCU cycle read out from the GPS data sent to server through GPRS.
