Online ticketing system for courses. There are two seating areas: the red seating area is for the public to book tickets through the system; Non-red areas, private reservations can be made via the hotline.
In this system, all customers are divided into seven priorities (Numbers) from 1 to 7 based on their loyalty to the ticketing system (accumulated points). The smaller the priority, the higher the priority. All ticketing processes (purchase/cancel) consisting of a customer are assigned the same priority number to that customer.
