Abstract : This paper presents a digital image processing technology of surface crack detection algorithm. Using this algorithm can detect the precise location of the crack length feature. Such use of crack detection algorithm to automatically detect cracks and crack propagation system monitoring behavior not only greatly reduce the labor time and labor intensity, but also improve the measurement accuracy.
