本例程在串口 0 的通信基础上，添加了一些简单的命令行处理过程。
操作过程：
（1）打开一个串口终端，将代码运行起来。这时 4 个 LED 灯呈现流水灯显示模式。
（2）使用串口线延长线将开发板 UART0 与 PC 机连接。打开超级终端软件，通信波特
率为 115200，其它参数使用默认的配置。在超级终端中输入 回车，终端上显示“->”。
