Description: 基于互信息的肝脏图像配准算法研究 肝脏是人体重要的消化器官,肝脏疾病直接影响到人的生命健康。医学影像 学的快速发展为临床诊断提供了丰富直观的医学图像,肝脏CT增强扫描图像使 用造影剂可以在不同相期得到肝动脉与肝静脉高亮的图像,而不同模态的肝脏图 像反映了不同的病理信息。单一相期图像和单一模态图像往往都不能全面反映出 病理信息,通常融合不同肝脏相期图像和不同模态的肝脏图像可以提供更丰富的 信息以便医生掌握病变肝脏的综合信息,从而做出正确诊断或制定出合适的治疗 方案。而这首先要将待融合的图像的所有同一位置上的解剖点在空间位置上进行 对齐,即图像配准。 本文以肝脏CT多相期增强扫描图像和肝脏CT栅t图像为数据源,重点研 究了基于互信息的医学图像配准方法以及基于多分辨率B样条FFD模型的配准 算法,并针对互信息计算量大、易达到局部极值的问题以及非刚性配准中局部形 变的问题进行深入研究。(Research of liver image registration algorithm based on mutual information)
