1． 4个按键，分别为设置、+、-、->可以循环时间设置。
2． 采用I2C 8583时钟芯片（可以查相关资料）。
3． 8个8段LED显示。显示内容：时-分-秒。
4． 8个按键分别可以模拟外部8个故障点。
5． EEPROM保存最近100个外部故障数据。
6． RS232上位机接口。
该系统软件完成以下功能：
1． 上电时电子种方式显示当前时间。
2． 设置按键进入设置状态，可以重新设置新时间值，结果写入8583。设置完成后电子种方式显示当前时间。
3． 实时监测外部8个故障点，一旦故障记录其发生时间和恢复时间。
4． 上位机传来命令字0xaa向上位机发送实时检测结果。（自定义通讯协议）。
