Description: 随着科学技术的发展，人们对各种信息的需求量不断增加。中、大型LED显示屏作为信息载体广泛应用在银行、保险、车站、港口等公共场所。用来向人们传递信息。LED点阵式显示屏分两种，一种是显示固定信息，其特点是显示内容固定，结构简单，价格低廉，适合于路标等信息较少且不变化的场合。另一种是显示动态信息，其特点是显示内容经常改变，既可显示动态信息，也可在线地编辑修改显示内容。
显示屏上位机软件设计是计算机处理的一个重要方向。本文所设计的显示屏上位机软件将着重实现在线修改显示屏显示内容和显示方式。课题的选取来源于LED显示屏的发展需求，本设计采用Windows的MSComm控件来实现文本的发送。串口通信和字模点阵提取是本设计的特色。
本设计根据显示屏实用运行机制，确定技术方案，按需求分析，编程和模块调试，界面设计，测试和发布的步骤来实现上位机软件的设计。本设计用Visual Basic 6.0编写。-err

7，软件修正了原不能打开16K以上HEX文件的错误，更大规模的文件可能还有问题；
8，另外，好多朋友问我原理图中的TL521是什么，其实应该是：TLP521-1(光偶)。-err
