Application of decomposition method, the fast algorithm can be further extended to rectangular and rectangular equilateral triangle from a combination of units to more complex shape of the power supply line. Power supply lines are calculated and measured S-parameters are in good agreement between the facts show that: A fast algorithm and the decomposition of the joint application element method can be used as prediction of a power supply line impedance accurate and effective means.
