最近很少看见他的露面，希望他不要离我们太远，希望在暑假天又能看见他的身影。
很久以前看到有DIY雕刻机的高手,非常佩服,也希望有一天自己能够也做一台。由于基本知识不了解,一直不敢动手。直到看到这个网站,在遍历了所有帖子后,发现高手们已经解决了很大比例的难题,先驱们的工作为像我这样的后来人提供了宝贵的经验。经过长时间的潜水,准备材料,我的雕刻机终于动工了,个人信心也挺足。由于工作关系,每周我只能利用周六周日的时间来考虑与制作,进度很慢,设计也经常更改,为了也能贡献自己的一点制作心得,给大家一点参考,把部分制作过程图片提供了一下,请大家批评并提供建议。

Description: 现在市面上流行的小型雕刻机工作台主要有两种。第一种如图1所示工作台只作Y方向的移动，而刀具作X方向和Z方向的移动。第二种则如图2所示工作台作X,Y方向的移动，而刀具只作Z方向的移动。
结构1的优点是制作容易，结构稳定。但由于工件随工作台移动，所以不能加工太重的工件，而且雕刻机尺寸不能太大。结构2虽然制作也较容易，然而稳定性要比结构1差很多。由于本次设计对机械部件结构的要求就是要小而轻便，加工工件的质量也是比较轻，因此选用结构1。
在该结构中，机械本体部分是雕刻机的骨架，有底座、立柱、工作台、机头和主轴组件等部分。在保证整个系统的机械刚性的前提下，为了简化设计的结构，减轻整机重量，缩短产品的设计和制造的周期，其主体框架采用铝合金制造，防护件用塑料件制造，用标准的紧固件和定位销连接。-Now the market popular small engraving machine mainly has two kinds.
